Your mission
- Establish and manage all HR functions in the new plant, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training & development, and compliance
- Support the ramp-up phase by partnering with operations to attract and hire top talent
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with local labor laws and global corporate standards
- Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that supports employee engagement and retention
- Serve as a trusted advisor to plant leadership on organizational and people matters
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to employment
- Manage performance review processes, compensation structures, and employee development programs
- Act as a liaison between local employees and global HR teams
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environmen
- Strong understanding of local labor laws and employment regulations in Hungary or the broader EU
- Proven experience in scaling HR operations in a start-up or new plant setting is a strong advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred
- Must have legal working rights in the EU
