Right now, we are looking for Team Leader Bill Back DACH.
The Bill-back Team Leader is responsible for daily administration of Bill-back team and owns the process of distributor refund calculation. Within the scope of the Leader’s supervision are indirect pricing entry, issue and discrepancy resolution, and claim settlement. Bill-back Team Leader additionally ensures successful transition & stabilization of processes in Kraków.
What You Will Do:
- Ensure delivery of exceptional service in Bill-back related areas
- Build and supervise Bill-back team
- Ensure successful transition and stabilization of processes in GBS Kraków
- Suggest and carry out process improvements
- Act as a Bill-back related expert to other departments of Ecolab and be the main point of contact for the process
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators
- Coach and mentor team members

What You Will Need:
- Fluent English, German will be an asset
- Degree in business, finance, accounting, economics or related field
- 3+ years of financial processes experience; experience in people management is an asset
- Strong PC skills, e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, Word and good system knowledge of SAP
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in multinational environment
