We are looking for a Billing Analyst to join our team.
Job Description
- Monitor and reconcile provider balances across multiple providers.
- Track daily financial activity including deposits, withdrawals, and internal transfers.
- Analyze conversion rates, turnover, and performance across various payment methods.
- Prepare regular reports on traffic monetization, payment flow, and provider performance.
- Collaborate with payment and risk teams to investigate anomalies and optimize payment routing.
- Maintain up-to-date records of provider terms, limits, and settlement conditions.
- Support monthly closing by preparing billing reports and balance confirmations.
- Ensure timely detection and resolution of discrepancies in provider accounts.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in billing, reconciliation, or payment analytics, preferably in iGaming or fintech (PSP).
- Solid understanding of online gambling payment flows and provider relations.
- Strong skills in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
- Experience working with financial dashboards, BI tools, Tableau or internal back-office systems.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets.
- Communication skills and ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
