The driving force behind our continuous success has always been our people and Kyriba’s Sales Enablement team is seeking a key contributor to join a growing and experienced team that is focused on enabling and empowering sellers and partners globally.
The successful candidate will be responsible for originating and producing sales enablement content playbooks, videos and presentations to support onboarding programs and a knowledge center for Kyriba sellers and our partner network. They will work closely with multiple teams to develop and deploy content that helps streamline the sales cycle for internal and external sellers.
Key responsibilities include:
Sales Training & Onboarding: Support creation of training materials, including video content using Synthesia AI, that empower sales teams to better understand products, solutions, and sales strategies.
Maintain Content Libraries: Organize and manage a content repository within Highspot for easy access by sales teams, ensuring content is up-to-date, relevant, and easily discoverable.
Sales Performance Tracking: Work closely with sales enablement leadership to assess the effectiveness of content on sales performance, collecting data and feedback from sales teams to continuously improve resources.
Stay Current on Industry Trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends in sales enablement, sales strategies, and content marketing to ensure our sales content remains fresh, relevant, and competitive.
Manage Sales and Partner Communication Channels: update sellers and partners across multiple communication channels and formats
Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work cross-functionally with revenue, marketing, and product teams to identify content gaps, understand the sales process, and translate complex product information into clear, engaging content.
Qualifications:
Experience: 3+ years in content creation, sales enablement, marketing, or a similar role in treasury, FinTech or B2B software organization
Skills: Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to break down complex concepts into simple, actionable insights.
Technical Proficiency: Experience with sales enablement tools (e.g. SalesLoft, Gong, Seismic, Highspot, Synthesia) and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce).
Adaptive and proactive – able to thrive in an environment where change is constant. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with multiple departments.
Creativity & Problem-Solving: Ability to use spreadsheets and AI for data analytics and creative insights.
Project Management: Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously.
Sales Knowledge: Understanding of the sales process, buyer personas, and sales strategies is a plus.
