We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Sales Effectiveness Manager to drive commercial excellence across our Polish business platforms in Seeds, Crop Protection and Biological Solutions. This role is pivotal in aligning sales strategies with operational execution, enhancing distributor performance, and supporting our field teams with actionable insights and tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze PAMS/Black Box data to support decision-making.
- Monitor competitor activity and Kynetec data for market intelligence.
- Sales/commercial effectiveness projects driven by EMEA team
- Support territory planning and 9-box talent mapping.
- Penetration, Concentration, Retention analysis on country & regional level
- Customer segmentation based on SalesForce data
- Daily Sales report/dashboard (invoiced + orders + stock + production/deliveries)
- SalesForce analytics
- Coordinate between Sales and Customer Service to ensure optimal product distribution.
- Integrated Business Planning (IBP) monitoring: Track monthly plans against orders and stock levels.
- Review and follow up on distributor plans and performance.
- Provide detailed stock reports at distributor level.
- Assist in the recruitment process for contractors.
Location:
- Poland – close to Warsaw preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with preference in Agronomy, Business Administration, or related.
- At least 7 years of experience in sales, marketing, or commercial roles.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, CRM, and reporting tools.
- Experience in the agrochemical or agriscience industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Polish & English business proficiency.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
