The role
Your key objective will be the coordination, production, and SEO optimisation of high-class content that ranks in Google.You will become part of an international, highly skilled and dedicated team catering to various user groups in the broad field of sports betting and iGaming. You will take ownership and responsibility for the websites and products you are working on.

Aa our content manager, you will
Work closely with the team to ensure the content is optimised for search engines
Write informative and engaging sports and betting-related content for our owned assets
Perform keyword studies and develop strategies to address different user groups
Edit existing content to make it appealing while still performing well on Google
Manage the full content production process by delegating tasks to freelancers, ensuring their work aligns with our brand standards, and offering feedback for improvement.
Make sure your products/sites have the best interface, you will be able to collaborate with our CRO/UX team to optimise and push our engagement rate up
Contribute towards optimising site functionality and layout from ideation through implementation
Help to ensure all content, including relevant betting offers, is up to date, accurate and fully compliant
Be goal-oriented and work in a team that hits dedicated KPIs and user metrics
Requirements
Native Polish speaker with fluency in English required.
Has a passion for sports, and is willing to research and expand on that knowledge
Minimum 3 years relevant experience e.g. from a content role or in the field of digital marketing (including internships)
Can write and edit content to satisfy the needs of a target audience who are looking to bet
Has some betting experience or knowledge of the betting industry
Can apply best practices from both SEO and content to produce content that performs well in organic search
Takes pride in their work and is determined to reach goals
Is a creative team player who actively shares ideas and collaborates effectively with others
Has experience with content management systems, preferably WordPress
Thrives in a dynamic environment and can handle multiple projects at once
