About the Role
Join Sunreef Yachts, a world leader in luxury catamaran construction. We’re currently seeking a Production Coordinator – Material Planning to strengthen our operations at our state-of-the-art shipyard in Gdańsk, Poland.
In this role, you will be responsible for planning, monitoring, and coordinating the flow of materials required to build our custom-designed yachts. You’ll work closely with production, procurement, and logistics teams to keep projects running smoothly, avoiding delays and ensuring full alignment with production schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage production material plans in coordination with production schedules
- Monitor material availability and inventory levels to avoid shortages or delays
- Collaborate with procurement and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of required components
- Track material usage, update planning systems, and generate reports for internal stakeholders
- Identify and resolve material-related issues affecting production timelines
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for inbound and outbound material flows
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in material planning and supply chain efficiency
Requirements
- Experience in material planning, production coordination, or supply chain management, ideally in the marine or manufacturing industry
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving attitude
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
