30-40 / week | Contract of Mandate | Entry-level position

Please note: This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues across different regions. To support our global entities, the position includes early shifts (07:00–15:00) for Australia and occasional late shifts (approx. once per week, 14:00–22:00) for North America. Flexible working hours (30–40h/week) are offered, based on a pre-agreed schedule aligned with team and business needs.

Amer Sports Global Business Services is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Assistant to join our Indirect Procurement Excellence Team in Kraków. Suppose you're passionate about sourcing, process improvements, and working in a dynamic, international environment. What you will be doing:

• Purchase Requisition Validation: Support the operational procurement process by validating purchase requests.
• End User Support: Respond to user queries via ticketing tools and email, providing guidance and troubleshooting assistance.
• Tool Maintenance & Implementation: Contribute to the upkeep and roll-out of purchasing platforms, including SAP Ariba.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with the Indirect Procurement Excellence Team and Category Managers.
• Process Improvement: Document, propose, and implement enhancements to drive efficiency and compliance.

What you need to succeed:

• Interest in procurement: Have a strong interest in Procurement processes and willingness to be part of e-procurement activities.
• Relevant Background: Education or experience in procurement, economics, sourcing, commerce, or similar is a plus.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English (written & spoken); additional languages such as French or German are a plus.
• Global Mindset: Willingness to work in a multicultural and international environment.
• Technical Skills: Proven knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; readiness to work with SAP Ariba and other tools.
• Positive Attitude: A proactive, can-do mindset with a strong desire to learn and contribute.
