We are looking for a structured, proactive Project manager /scrum master to take a dual role, supporting two teams with Agile coordination and project execution.
You will be responsible for ensuring scrum is understood and the team adheres to Scrum theory, practice and guidelines and that it fits the team.
Leading daily online stand-up meetings
JIRA sanity
Creating new Jira tasks in collaboration with developers, unless otherwise delegated.
Supporting the team in writing clear DOD together with business making sure to set expectations and share the same view
Facilitating sprint planning together Product Owner.
Driving retrospectives, documenting action items, and ensuring follow-up.
Serve as a technology partner to the Product Owner on the backlog for the corporate website, reporting to the functional leader.
Coordinate technical resources when changes are made to the corporate website, including work done by vendors and internal teams (QA, Architects, IT Analysts).
Plan and manage the budget related to project funding with the Product Owner and update relevant tools (Power PPM, status, deliverables, finances, risks, etc.).
Ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
Maintain a single backlog of technology-related tasks, including maintenance, compliance, and change-related activities.
Collaborate with the team to plan the use of technical resources.
Work independently and take initiative on tasks.
Collaborate effectively with developers and business stakeholders.
Drive improvements in team alignment and Agile practices.
Must have knowledge and experience:
Proven experience as a Project Manager, with strong organisational and leadership capabilities.
Certified Scrum Master, with hands-on experience facilitating Agile ceremonies.
Proficient in Jira for task and workflow management.
Comfortable working with remote and distributed teams in an online environment.
Strong facilitation skills to lead meetings and workshops effectively.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Highly structured and detail-oriented in approach.
Technical background or understanding of software development processes.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
Strong stakeholder management abilities, ensuring alignment and engagement across teams.
Nice to have knowledge and experience:
Experience with scaling agile across an organisation
Familiarity with the financial services sector and its regulatory environment.
