Team Leader: Laura Zbierska
Your Responsibilities
- Verifying, completing and creating new master data and change requests in various systems (including SAP),
- Checking data for vendors in onboarding process,
- Cooperation with other master data employees and supporting on daily duties,
- Everyday contact with other ADM locations in European countries,
- Contact with suppliers for bank details confirmations
- Ensuring daily operations are carried out according to set targets and deadlines,
- Implementing improvements within the scope of master data processes.
- Previous experience in customer service, administration or other office related work,
- International environment experience (working in Shared Service and/or Master Data) would be an advantage,
- Good command of English – written and oral (additional foreign languages like German and French would be an advantage),
- Graduate of philological, administrative, public relations or technical studies is nice to have
- Problem solving and good analytical skills,
- Good communication skills,
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines,
- Experience in working with SAP and knowledge of other ERP systems is an asset.
