ABOUT THE ROLE
Job Purpose
We are looking for a Master Data Intern to join our team for 6 month contract. This is a role where you will receive initial training and support from your team and team leader. Over time, you will be expected to perform tasks more independently, ensuring the quality and efficiency of your work. You will handle routine issues on your own and escalate more complex or non-standard matters to your team leader.
Responsibilities:
- Timely and accurate processing of Vendor Master Data queries (set up and maintenance Supplier accounts in the system)
- Timely and accurate processing of Customer Master Data queries (set up and maintenance Customer accounts in the system)
- Ensures MD changes are provided according to existing procedures and standard requirements
- Acts as a backup for the MD Specialist role if needed
- Actively participate in team meetings – sets technical and administrative preparation of meetings/VC meetings
- Takes active role in procedure amendments in case of process changes and procedure incorrectness
- Provide any other support delegated by Line Manager

Education, Master, other certification:
- Not specified
Experience:
- 0–6 months of experience in a Master Data department or equivalent (advantage)
Technical Skills:
- Basic knowledge of S4H (SAP for HANA) is an advantage
Languages Skills:
- English is required; additional language is an advantage
Soft/Behavioral Skills:
