Non-conformity Cell Team Leader
Mainly responsabilities:
-manage the Non-conformity Cell Team and take over the escalated topics
-adapt capacity vs charge
-manage the budget
-develop the standards processes and tools for the NCR cell
-animate the performance and define adequate KPI’s
-animate daily, weekly and monthly meetings with the involved stakeholders
-reports state of blocked stock to Material Management
-train the team and install multi competencies skills.
Mainly required competencies:
educational requirements:
-graduated at least from Higher Education in Quality or Supply Chain.
-experience with ERPs, Supply Chain concepts, processes continuous improvement, English, management
