Role requirements:

Non Conformance Coordinator

World Wide Technology Poland, has a very exciting opportunity available for an Non-Conformance Coordinator to join our friendly team based in Lodz, Poland.
The Non-Conformance Coordinator's main function is to resolve issues that are preventing material at an Integration Facility from being received into inventory. They will be responsible for resolving issues within a specific SLA and will watch for trends causing the issue. Trends will be worked with the Supplier Governance team for resolution with the suppliers. Detailed and timely communication is critical to the success of this role as well as the consistent execution of the responsibilities listed below. Performs clerical duties such as document processing, record keeping, and report compilation of intermediate difficulty, requiring depth of analysis and use of individual judgment. Sound knowledge of procedures, typically requires prior experience and operates under general supervision.
Role responsibilities & duties:
- Basic reporting and analysis.
- Opens support cases with Vendors/OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) to assist in resolving issues with Nonconforming products.
- Defines disposition for Nonconforming product.
- Resolution of undefined product.
- Non-Conformance Resolution.
- Resolves mostly routine and some non-routine tasks.
- Collaborate across all phases of supplier lifecycle to drive HPT (High Performance Teamwork).
- Continues improvement and pro-active mindset.
