Purpose of the role:
The purpose of this role is to manage and grow relationships with game provider partners by serving as their main point of contact, ensuring smooth technical and commercial cooperation. You’ll analyze partnership performance, negotiate and review agreements, and coordinate marketing initiatives to maximize profitability. Additionally, you’ll support internal reporting and financial accuracy, contributing to continuous product and process improvement.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary daily contact for game provider partners, managing communication and cooperation.
- Negotiate and review commercial contracts, ensuring all terms and agreements are accurate and up to date.
- Analyze partner performance metrics and coordinate marketing activities to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical and commercial issues raised by partners.
- Support financial reporting and data accuracy, assisting in refining calculation processes and system improvements.
Required Experience:
- At least one year of experience in sales or account management.
- Ability to build rapport and create a relaxed, friendly atmosphere while staying focused on achieving goals.
- Proven ability to lead commercial discussions, including handling difficult negotiations, closing deals, and aligning on key terms with partners.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to serve as the first point of contact for partners, resolve issues across departments, and maintain a professional and trustworthy relationship.
- Experience reviewing and working with contracts, understanding handshake deals vs. formal agreements, and initiating contract revisions when needed.
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with online gaming platforms, game providers, licensing requirements, and related regulatory processes.
- Understanding how game aggregators function technically and commercially (integration, performance tracking, promo coordination, etc.).
- Previous involvement in preparing or reviewing revenue share calculations, partner billing, and promotional impact analysis.
