You'll join the Central European brand partnerships team, that plays a critical role in helping us to achieve our revenue growth targets by ensuring that TikTok remains visible, competitive and innovative in the market. The Business Partnerships Managers, are contributing to maximizing our sales potential by executing a strategy for expanding the book of business. Your expertise and commitment will be instrumental in driving the growth of TikTok in the region, as you will collaborate with partners, leading clients and marketeers.
Responsibilities
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the book of business
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key managers and influencers within target accounts
- This role will work along with a peer Client Solutions Manager and report to Business Partnerships Manager Lead
- Developing a comprehensive sales strategy for a managed portfolio as well as new acquisitions
- Regularly reviewing key partnership performance and executing both regional as well as individual markets sales strategies to maximize revenue and diversified book of business growth
- Gathering and analyzing customer insights and business intelligence to review sales strategy and tactics
- Collaborating cross functionally to ensure improvement for product, process and key partnership relationships
- Playing an instrumental role in the external narrative of TikTok on the market and staying up-to-date with industry trends, competition, and technological advancements
