Are you organized, service-oriented, and ready to be the operational heartbeat of a fast-paced rental business?
We’re looking for a Rental Desk Coordinator / Sales Support to join our team and help drive smooth logistics, efficient administration, and excellent customer experiences.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll be the key link between our sales team, customers, technicians, and logistics partners. Your day-to-day will include:
- Supporting sales engineers with administrative tasks and quotation preparation
- Managing reservations, warehouse coordination, and shipping schedules
- Creating and maintaining contracts and documentation in WYNNE or SAP
- Coordinating with freelance technicians and transport providers
- Handling customer inquiries and commercial issues
- Maintaining rental databases, CRM systems, and accessory inventories
- Assisting with certifications, translations, and marketing materials
- Supporting procurement of spare parts, workwear, and safety equipment
What You Bring
- Completed commercial training or equivalent experience in administration/logistics
- Experience in a similar role is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of SAP
- Strong communication skills in English; German is a plus
- A proactive, customer-focused mindset with strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently
- A collaborative team spirit and high level of motivation
