We are seeking an experienced MS Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Solution Architect to lead projects, guide teams, and drive success for our clients.

The ideal candidate:

• has a background in consulting or experience with a Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation partner, and strong experience leading Dynamics 365 CRM projects as a technical solution architect,
• possesses at least 7+ years of hands-on experience with the Dynamics 365 platform as a developer or technical consultant,
• is experienced in all phases of implementation projects, including presales and business development,
• demonstrates excellent communication skills in both Polish and English,
• has experience leading teams, including mentoring and coaching junior staff,
• holds relevant Microsoft certifications (Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform). Azure certifications are a significant advantage.

• support business development for the Microsoft Business Applications practice by providing technical input for RFI/RFP responses and leading the preparation and delivery of POCs and demos for clients,
• design and deliver Dynamics 365 based solutions in line with industry best practices and standards of Deloitte,
• provide leadership, guidance, and support to team members, ensuring successful project outcomes and ongoing development of technical skills within the team,
• build strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure high-quality project delivery and client satisfaction,
• promote the adoption of new tools and innovations to drive success,
• establish and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
