An experienced leader is sought for the role of D365 SME Engineer POD Lead – Dynamics. This position entails directing a team of specialists and delivering advanced technological solutions within the Dynamics 365 platform while providing support to team members.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a team of Dynamics 365 experts.
- Design the architecture of Dynamics 365 solutions and integrate with external systems.
- Coordinate team's operations within CI/CD in Azure DevOps.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Manage component quality and assist in system testing.
- Mentor team members and establish development paths.
- Define technical standards and best practices.
- Support in technological risk management.
Key Requirements (Must Haves):
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
- Ability to configure and customize Dynamics 365.
- Experience with Dynamics SDK, plugin development, and business processes.
- Strong development skills in .NET, JavaScript, C#, and SQL Server.
- Ability to build forms, views, and dashboards in Dynamics 365.
- Knowledge of Dynamics 365 REST/ODDATA and SOAP APIs.
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to understand technical requirements.
- Preparation of technical documentation.
- Willingness to obtain Microsoft certification in Dynamics 365.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Power Platform components.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps and CI/CD.
- Basic knowledge of ETL tools such as SSIS.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem, such as SharePoint or Office 365.
- Knowledge of containerization tools such as Docker.
- Experience in the financial services sector.
