Summary:
The role of MS Dynamics Tester includes ensuring the quality of software solutions built on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement platform, through close cooperation with developers, analysts and business stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:
The core duties involve both testing and collaborating with various teams to enhance the Dynamics 365 products.
- Create and execute test scenarios for Dynamics 365-based solutions (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, etc.).
- Testing configurations, extensions, plugins, business flows, and integrations (with external systems).
- Verification of the operation of the REST/ODATA API and custom .NET/C#/JavaScript components.
- Cooperation with developers to identify and solve errors and quality issues.
- Participate in the analysis of business requirements and transform them into test scenarios.
- Documenting test cases, test results and supporting the documentation of releases (Release Notes, Changelog).
- Validation of processes in Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) and Dynamics 365 portals (Power Pages).
- Support in testing integration with Azure, SharePoint and other components.
- Participation in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (Daily, Sprint Planning, Review).
Key Requirements:
- Experience in testing CRM systems (Dynamics 365 preferred).
- Knowledge of the software life cycle and testing processes (manual, regression, acceptance tests).
- Ability to work with technical and business documentation.
- Knowledge of tools: Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence.
- Basic knowledge: C#, JavaScript, SQL, REST API.
- Understanding the Dynamics 365 architecture and integration with cloud services.
- Ability to analyze and document requirements and prepare release documentation.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Power Platform testing (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
- Knowledge of XRMToolBox and Dynamics 365 Admin Center tools.
- Basic knowledge of CI/CD processes and containerization (e.g. Docker).
- Experience in the financial sector.
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., MB-910, MB-920, PL-200).
