We have a brand-new opportunity for a Machine Learning Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:
- Model Development: Build ML models for recommendations, classification, and prediction tasks. Run experiments and optimize based on performance and business needs
- Data Engineering: Develop reliable pipelines for feature engineering, training, and inference. Ensure data quality and efficient processing
- Production & Infrastructure: Deploy models using containers and orchestration tools. Set up versioning, A/B testing, and monitoring to detect drift and trigger retraining
- Collaboration: Work closely with PMs, data engineers, and developers to align ML efforts with business goals. Document designs and deployment workflows
Required Qualifications:

Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years of experience building and deploying machine learning systems in production environments
- Demonstrated experience with the complete ML project lifecycle from problem formulation to production deployment
Technical Skills- Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX) and AWS cloud platform and its ML services (SageMaker, Lambda, EC2, S3)
- Experience with MLOps tools and practices including experiment tracking, model registries, and CI/CD for ML
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles including version control, testing, and code review practices
- Experience with containerization (Docker) and familiarity with orchestration concepts
Machine Learning Expertise- Solid understanding of ML fundamentals including supervised and unsupervised learning, feature engineering, and model evaluation
- Experience with deep learning architectures and their practical applications
- Knowledge of model optimization techniques including quantization, pruning, and distillation
