The position of Industrial Engineer (PCBA Backend) is located in our office in Cracow and has global exposure.
Responsibility:
- Lead and support manufacturing technology projects to enhance production efficiency and quality;
- Develop and implement process improvements for SMT, odd-form placement, soldering (reflow, selective), de-panelling, and single-pin press-fit processes;
- Ensure compliance with POMS Standards, OPTIMAP, OPTIPRO, KEOPS/PAMS, and ISO procedures;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Supply Chain, Operations, and external equipment suppliers;
- Provide technical expertise and guidance for manufacturing processes and equipment;
- Drive automation and digitalization initiatives within manufacturing technologies;
- Conduct root cause analysis and problem-solving for production-related issues;
- Maintain documentation and work instructions for manufacturing processes;
- Support new product industrialization and process validation activities;
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Physics, Electrical or Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar);
- +5 years of experience with technical and production-related project coordination;
- Basic knowledge in the field of electronics,
- Knowledge in FrontEnd processes surrounding SMT: oddform-placement, soldering (reflow, selective), de-panelling, single-pin pressfit;
- Experience in SAP and e-Cad programms;
- Autonomous way of working with profound self-initiative;
- Self-confidence in combination with good communication skills and assertiveness;
