We are currently looking for an experienced Product Reliability Engineer to join our client’s team. In this role, you will support the development of high-quality, reliable products by identifying potential design risks early and promoting robust engineering practices across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive product risk analysis activities during the design phase.
- Facilitate structured discussions with cross-functional teams to identify potential failure modes and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate closely with Product Development, Manufacturing, and Quality departments.
- Ensure consistent application of reliability methods and maintain high-quality documentation.
Required Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively across teams.
- Analytical mindset to assess technical data and prioritize design enhancements.
- Self-driven and organized, able to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident in delivering clear and effective presentations.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Required Background & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience in a technical role (e.g. Quality, Design, or Product Engineering).
- Experience in designing mechanical or electronic components.
- Solid understanding of product risk assessment techniques and relevant tools.
