We are looking for a Influencer Marketing Manager to join our team.
Job Description
- Running influencer campaigns across multiple brands, products, and target markets;
- Managing projects on several platforms at once: Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, YouTube, and more;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with streamers to foster long-term partnerships;
- Identify, recruit, and build long-term partnerships with influencers, content creators, and media communities across key platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, YouTube, etc.);
- Ensure the quality and brand alignment of all influencer content;
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI);
- Adapt campaign strategies to meet the specific goals of each product and regional market;
- Stay up to date with platform policies, particularly in relation to gambling content, and find innovative ways to overcome ad restrictions and visibility limitations.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in social media platforms;
- Solid understanding of the casino, sports, and esports industries;
- English proficiency at B2+ level;
- Proficient in performance metrics (CTR, CPR, CPV, etc.);
- In-depth knowledge of the gambling industry and key product metrics (GGR, NGR, ARPU, etc.).
Nice to have:
- Proficient in using BI systems;
- Experienced with marketing platforms (Affiliate, etc.);
- Skilled in developing and executing influencer marketing strategies;
- Extensive network of industry contacts.
