We’re looking for a motivated and creative individual to join our team as an Integrated Marketing Associate.
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of designing and delivering always-on, customer-centric marketing programs. Your mission? To help us attract new customers, deepen existing relationships, and build long-term loyalty. You’ll work across multiple channels and touchpoints, ensuring every campaign is aligned with our broader marketing strategy and delivers real value to our audiences. What you can look forward to as Integrated Marketing Associate:
- Drive Integrated Marketing: Support the development and execution of a unified marketing strategy tailored to key audiences across the Business Line.
- Lead Commercial Campaigns: Manage end-to-end planning, content creation, media deployment, and performance tracking of multi-channel programs to boost customer acquisition and retention.
- Empower Sales Teams: Collaborate with regional teams to localize campaigns and equip sales channels with impactful tools and messaging.
- Know Your Customer: Help define personas, map customer journeys, and leverage data insights to create relevant, personalized content that drives engagement.
- Align Stakeholders: Ensure internal alignment and strong execution of commercial programs and product launches across regions.
- Ensure Brand Consistency: Maintain governance over messaging to align with brand standards and strategic goals.
- Measure & Optimize: Monitor KPIs to evaluate campaign success, identify best practices, and continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with content, digital, analytics, and customer experience teams to deliver high-impact marketing initiatives.
Your Profile as Integrated Marketing Associate:
- Education & Experience – You hold a university degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, and have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in marketing. Experience in the automotive aftermarket or strong B2B brands is a big plus.
- Project Management Skills – You know how to plan, prioritize, and run multiple campaigns at once, always keeping business goals in sight.
- Campaign & Lead Generation Expertise – You’re familiar with demand and lead generation, and have experience developing and executing campaigns – Ideally on a global scale.
- Customer Focus – You understand customer needs and can adapt quickly to changing market conditions. You think from the customer’s perspective and aim to improve their experience.
- Team Collaboration – You communicate well and enjoy working across teams and departments. You know how to build strong working relationships.
- Organizational Strength – You’re great at juggling multiple tasks and keeping things organized, even when things get busy.
- Tech & Language Skills – You’re confident using Microsoft Office tools. Fluent English is a must, and any additional language skills are a welcome bonus.
- Cross-Functional Project Experience – You’ve led marketing projects that involve different teams and functions, and you know how to keep everyone aligned.
