What you will do
• Ensure effective service delivery to all stakeholders across markets in line with agreed service level targets.
• Provide a high quality and timely comprehensive service, meeting the needs of employees in all areas in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Prepare necessary documents for employees, i.e. employment contracts, addendums, etc.
• Lead the employee life cycle in accordance with corporate and local guidelines in HRIS, benefits and other systems
• Administer and manage monthly transactions – reporting, validation and submission to payroll team.
• Receive and respond to employee queries via ATPT system (JIRA)
• Escalate to correct to appropriate internal and external stakeholder and track and manage response.
• Deliver transactional HR processes and services
• Deliver administrative and transactional Workday processes.
• Identify areas for process improvement and standardization
• Support continuous improvement activities and HR programs as and when required.
• Capture and document new procedures, provide ideas for process improvements
• Support maintenance of documentation and knowledge materials (processes, operating procedures, FAQ, guidance, training documentation)
Who you are:
- Experience in HR Operations, Shared Services
- Solid understanding of HR processes and the employee lifecycle
- Customer-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent communication (both among the Team and with employees)
- Experience with ATS system (Workday)
- Experience with case management systems (e.g., JIRA) is a plus
- Able to manage workload in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset
