At UBS WM Front Support Organization in Wroclaw we ensure the exceptional on-boarding experience for the new clients. Our team accompanies Client Advisors and their customers by maintaining the client relationships up-to-date and reflecting the necessary changes to make sure that together, we meet their investment needs.

Core Client Lifecycle Management processes include:

• Management of client documentation and processing of on-boarding, off-boarding and maintenance requests
• Checking completeness and consistency of received documentation
• Maintenance and enrichment of client data information in internal systems
• Updating client data
• Ensuring that received documents are in line with application form information and comply with all UBS and regulatory guidelines

• Excellent communication, influencing and relationship building skills
• Strong Italian and English language skills both spoken and written (other European languages would also be an asset – German)
