The purpose of the Product Governance and Lifecycle Management function is to optimize the commercial portfolio of products in Service. To contribute to this objective, we run improvement initiatives within the product management area, perform business evaluation of products, optimize product information management, and manage product end-of-life activities.


Responsibilities

This position reports to the Head of Product Governance and Lifecycle Management. Working as a Lead Specialist, Product Lifecycle Management in Service Product Management, you will be engaging with different products over time and taking them through different stages of End of Life. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing product phase-out activities across different organizational areas
  • Building/contributing to: product phase-out roadmap, business cases, product strategies
  • Ensuring delivery and implementation by coordinating efforts within project team
  • Risk management and project resource management
  • Communication to a broad group of stakeholders, globally, cross-functional, and at multiple organizational levels
  • Supporting the development of relevant processes within the subject matter area.

Qualifications


  • At least 3 years of experience working with product phase-out/end-of-life activities
  • At least 3 years of experience with project/implementation management, in international and complex organizations
  • Being familiar with the product management discipline in general
  • International stakeholder management experience, with a demonstrated ability to understand and meet stakeholder expectations at various management levels
  • Being familiar with the wind industry, sales, operational, and supply chain processes will be beneficial
  • Experience or certification in change management would be an advantage
  • To effectively fulfill the above responsibilities, you might come from very different academic backgrounds, but we would like you to have, as a minimum, a bachelor's degree

  • Fluency in English, both in oral and in writing

Additional Information
