Our Settlement Dedicated Operations team specializes in processing and monitoring specialized operations for Primary Dealer clients in various markets. We have a deep understanding of our business and provide precise information and exceptional assistance to our clients and internal services. We take complete ownership of our clients' issues, ensuring timely resolution and identifying opportunities for service improvement. We achieve our objective by creating a strong relationship with our dedicated clients.
We invite you to join our ambitious team as our new EB Operations Analyst!
Role & Responsibilities:
- Perform daily tasks and controls accurately and on time, as defined for different shifts.
- Understand the impact on customers, operations, systems, and external collaborators.
- Review documentation/procedures with a risk-focused approach.
- Identify ways to enhance our risk resilience, efficiency, and productivity.
- Contribute to the timely analysis, delivery, and roll-out of initiatives as defined by the sponsor and the agreed action plan, providing recommendations and support for operational readiness.
- Independently manage and resolve situations outside standard processes, such as blocking issues or complex investigations. Take the lead in solving service issues of a transversal nature.
- Ensure smooth interactions with individuals involved in the Lending and Borrowing processes, addressing critical issues and customer concerns with Commercial, clients, Product, Client Services, and other Operations teams.
- Collaborate with local market institutions and agents to gather information and investigate discrepancies, nurturing strong relationships with internal and external partners and team members.
- Contribute to continuous improvements by running Problem Solving Sessions, reviewing new processes, and drafting and implementing new procedures following managerial review.
- Apply analytical and communication (Client Service) skills effectively.
- Take a proactive approach towards projects, blocking issues, and managing difficult situations.
- Coach newcomers in the future.
- Possess good knowledge of settlement operations.
- Ensure proper reporting to N+1 to handle customer issues effectively.
Required Qualifications:
- Skilled in collaborating with various collaborators from different departments and locations.
- Demonstrate resourcefulness with a positive and can-do attitude.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Effective writing and tone of voice in English.
- Flexibility in working hours with shifts from 8:30 to 17:30.
- A valuable teammate who takes accountability for actions and decisions, demonstrating a collaborative approach.
- High level of stress resistance.
