Through omnichannel campaigns, digital tools, and innovative partnerships, we aim to improve the lives of allergy sufferers around the world.
To support this mission, we are now looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our global team, based in our Krakow office.
Your role as Digital Marketing Specialist
As Digital Marketing Specialist, you will support the coordination and execution of global digital campaigns, working closely with both central and affiliate teams. You will be a key contact for local markets, helping implement and localize global initiatives across CRM, websites, paid media, and email. The role requires a balance of digital marketing know-how, structured project coordination, and stakeholder management.
You will report to the Associate Director, Digital Marketing & Digital Product, and work alongside a team dedicated to delivering high-quality, global digital marketing initiatives.
Main responsibilities
Coordinate the execution of global digital marketing campaigns across markets.
Act as a central contact for affiliates, supporting localization and rollout of global initiatives.
Track timelines, deliverables, and status using project management tools (e.g. Asana).
Support campaign activities across CRM, websites, paid media, and email.
Facilitate briefings, alignments, and performance tracking.
Ensure campaign assets are delivered, documented, and shared effectively.
Collaborate across regions and functions to ensure aligned and timely execution.
Identify project risks and help resolve challenges to keep initiatives on track.
Your qualifications
2+ years’ experience in digital marketing or campaign/project coordination.
Solid understanding of digital channels such as CRM, websites, email marketing, and paid media.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities.
Experience with project tools like Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
Background in pharma, healthcare, or regulated industries is a plus.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven.
