Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and implement marketing sales-driven strategy
  • Craft and implement both short and long-term marketing strategies with a clear focus on lead generation, pipeline acceleration, and sales enablement.
  • Ensure every marketing effort contributes directly to business objectives and revenue growth.
  • Hands-On Team Leadership & Development
  • Work closely with team members on a daily basis – hands-on and operational involvement.
  • Mentor, support, and empower the team to achieve both individual and collective goals.
  • Foster a culture of open communication, collaboration, and accountability.
  • End-to-End Campaign Ownership
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of 360° marketing campaigns (online & offline) with a strong emphasis on performance marketing and ROI.
  • Coordinate efforts across content, performance, social media, creative, and analytics teams.
  • Strategic Cross-department collaboration
  • Work closely with sales, product, customer support and tech departments to translate marketing strategy into actionable, cross-functional plans that directly support sales cycles and product adoption.
  • Ensure marketing is a true partner in achieving organizational goals.
  • Relentless Focus on Data & ROI
  • Establish, track and report on key marketing metrics (KPIs, ROI, campaign performance).
  • Leverage data insights to continuously optimize activities, improve conversion, and demonstrate tangible business effects.
  • Accountable Budget Management:
  • Own the marketing budget – planning, tracking, and optimizing spending.
  • Effective External Partner Management
  • Select, brief, and supervise marketing agencies, freelancers, and consultants.
  • Ensure high-quality delivery and alignment with brand objectives.
  • Market research and trend monitoring
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies, using these insights to proactively adapt marketing strategies for competitive advantage and growth.

We are looking for someone who has:


Education & Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven hands-on experience – not just managing from a distance, but being actively involved in projects and campaigns.
  • Demonstrated success in generating leads, accelerating sales pipelines, and proving marketing ROI.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – clear communicator and active listener.
  • Team-oriented mindset – enjoys working closely with others and fostering collaboration.
  • Empathetic leadership – leads by example, motivates and empowers the team.
  • Operational approach – willing to roll up sleeves and get involved in day-to-day tasks.
  • Fluent English and Polish (B2-C1 level).

Technical & Business Competence:

  • Strong knowledge of marketing tools and platforms (CRM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media, content management).
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing, customer journey, and performance marketing.
  • Analytical mindset – ability to make data-driven decisions and measure impact.
  • Budget ownership experience.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in fast-growing or startup environments.
  • Experience with Google Workspace.
