Job Description
As a Delivery Manager at NIQ RDDS, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely, high-quality delivery of client outputs across integrated internal teams. You’ll act as a strategic liaison between operations, commercial teams, and clients - owning delivery outcomes, managing escalations, and driving continuous improvement across services and platforms. This position resports to Global Production Team Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Own delivery performance for assigned clients, ensuring alignment with SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards.
Lead issue resolution and escalation management, including investigation, root cause analysis and corrective action planning.
Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to support service transitions, new deliverables, and platform upgrades.
Oversee quality control and audit processes, ensuring consistency and accuracy in client outputs.
Support service onboarding and offboarding, including documentation review and process coordination.
Monitor and report on delivery health, including production status, incident trends, and quarterly performance dashboards.
Drive automation and process improvement initiatives to enhance delivery efficiency and client satisfaction.
Participate in strategic calls and reviews with commercial teams and clients to ensure transparency and alignment.
Your Profile
3-5+ years of experience in service delivery, operations, or client-facing roles within a data or analytics-driven organization.
Proven ability to manage client expectations and deliver against aggressive SLAs.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, including experience working in a matrixed environment.
Excellent communication skills (along with fluency in English - C1 level or higher - both written and spoken, for effective communication with global teams, clients, and stakeholders).
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data platforms.
Experience with project management.
Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (preferred).
Familiarity with NIQ platforms and services (a plus).
