Position: Service Delivery Senior Analyst

Deutsche Services Polska Sp. z o.o., belonging to Deutsche Bank Group, operates in Poland since the year 2012, and presently is looking for candidates for a Contract Performance Specialist/Manager position, within the DB Global Real Estate group (“GRE”). The primary objective of this global Group is to manage the real estate portfolio of Deutsche Bank, inclusive of procurement, operations, and strategic planning.
Description
The Global Real Estate (GRE) Division’s primary objective is to manage the real estate portfolio of Deutsche Bank inclusive of procurement, operations, and strategic planning. GRE has three key functions to support the delivery of these objectives, including Service Delivery Management.
As a Central Regulatory, Risk & Control (CRRC) Enabler, you will part of the GRE Service Delivery ‘Governance, Risk and Control’ Embedded Risk Team (ERT) acting as an extension of GRE’s Service Delivery Management function fulfilling GRC related requirements including Audit Support, Findings Management, Regulatory Programmes, Divisional Policy/Offline Document Governance, GDPR Assessment, Incident Management Governance, BCM Governance & Control Testing.
Your key responsibilities
- Preparing and supporting Service Delivery Managers (SDMs) for audits and the responses to audit findings of their specific workstream.
- Developing and implementing the Service Line responses to the Risk Assessment Programme. This includes actively influencing the requirement for these and managing the requests generated by the central team.
- Developing a keen understanding of the key policies & procedures with which SDMs need to comply.
- Working with the SDMs to document key process into Standard Operating Procedures, and program manage the roll out and implementation of these SOPs.
- Explaining the relevant regulatory requirements to the SDM Stakeholders in an effective and easy to understand manner.
- Facilitating root cause analyses of a diverse set of operational problems & incidents and developing and communicating the resulting lessons learned.
Your skills and experience
- Ability to manage multi-task assignments and prioritise efficiently with limited oversight and resilience.
- Performing analysis, planning & project management.
- Working in the Financial Services/Management industry.
- Developing and managing improvement processes and tools.
- Ability to perform root cause analyses to support process by which operational incidents are appropriately collected, assigned, reviewed and where relevant mitigation completed.
- Track record of relationship building and stakeholder management experience.
