Customer Support Manager
Your Role and Responsibilities
We are currently seeking a new Customer Support Specialist to join our team at ABB Oy, Smart Power in Vaasa. In this role, you will act as a key link between our factory and customers, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration throughout the order and reclamation processes.

You will mainly be responsible for:
- Managing and updating customer orders independently, in close cooperation with customers and factory functions.
- Handling reclamations as the first point of contact, ensuring swift routing and resolution.
- Prioritizing and responding to customer requests in collaboration with the right internal teams.
- Overseeing your area of responsibility, ensuring excellent customer experience and bringing customer insights to the factory.

Qualifications for the Role
- BSc or MSc level degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, economics, industrial management)
- Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a solution-oriented mindset
- Proactive and agile working style, with the ability to take ownership of customer issues
- Familiarity with SAP, Salesforce or Microsoft Office tools such as Power BI is seen as a benefit
