Customer Service Specialist with German (fixed-term)

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Professional support of B2B customers in Switzerland (mainly via e-mail)
- Providing support including financial queries (both transactional business and basic accounting), answering product questions, implementing contract changes.
- Preparing customer reporting, account statements, conducting reconciliation.
- Utilizing available system landscape to find satisfying solutions for customer queries. Cooperating with internal stakeholder network and external business partners.
Who Are We Looking For
We look for big thinkers. People who can drive positive change, step up and show what’s next – people with passion, can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and grow. In practice this means:
- Fluent German (min. B2 level) and English and Polish on a very good level.
- Proactive approach with a team player mentality.
- Customer focus and attention to detail. Experience in customer service in an international environment would be an asset.
