ABOUT THE ROLE
Job Purpose
We are looking for a detail-oriented and adaptable Customer Service Senior Specialist to support our Baltic markets (Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia) for 1,5 year temporary contract. In this role, you will ensure seamless customer operations, resolve complex issues, and contribute to continuous process improvement while maintaining compliance with internal procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert assistance to customers in Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia, offering accurate information about products, services, and policies
- Manage customer orders: register new orders, update existing ones, and handle ad-hoc requests
- Resolve customer complaints empathetically and professionally
- Handle escalated issues and coordinate with relevant departments
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships
- Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
Qualifications & Experience Required
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar customer service role
- Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in SAP
- Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
- Familiarity with automation techniques and report building is a plus
Languages Skills:
- Fluent in Russian and English (minimum B2 level)
- Knowledge of a Baltic language is a plus
Soft/Behavioral Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Patience and professionalism in challenging situations
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure
- High attention to detail and accuracy
