Responsibilities
Deliver top-notch support to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
Assist with product inquiries, order tracking, returns, and general questions
Log customer interactions accurately in the internal CRM system
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent and high-quality service
Requirements
Fluent in Italian (C1)
Proficient in English (B2+)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities
️ Availability to work shifts from Monday to Sunday, between 09:00–18:00 CET
Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not essential
