Join our Global Procurement team and support Hapag-Lloyd’s global procurement organization with the implementation, roll out and application of our eProcurement tools.
In this position you will be located in Gdańsk and will work closely with the Global Procurement Team in Hamburg and support various procurement functions at Headquarter and in the Regions.
After the onboarding process and dedicated tool certifications, you will continue with training on the job to act as the primary point of contact for all user requests and provide guidance and support to users on eProcurement tools.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all user requests related to Coupa.
- Provide end-user support and training on Coupa (responding to queries, guidance, and escalating cases to Coupa support when necessary).
- Monitor and maintain system configurations (user setup and access, supplier and contract management, approval workflows, catalogs, overall configurations).
- Manage regular data maintenance in systems (contract, supplier, user and master data).
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Coupa releases by testing upgrades and new functionalities and proactively recommend process improvements.
- Create training materials and conduct user trainings on system functionalities.
- Develop reports and dashboards to monitor tool usage, compliance, data quality, and user requests linked to Coupa.
- Collaborate with IT to ensure proper integration of Coupa with other company systems (ERP or other applications).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in procurement with a focus on purchase-to-pay (P2P) and source-to-contract (S2C) activities.
- Hands-on experience with Coupa or other e-Procurement platform (system administration, data maintenance, reporting, user support).
- Previous experience using ticket systems to manage user requests and ensure timely resolution.
- Strong focus on customer service and user satisfaction, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
- Proactive, result-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
