Contract Management Associate
Job purpose:
Timely and qualitative lease data extraction from the type of assigned contracts in accordance with the IFRS16 (International Financial Reporting Standard 16) Lease Contract Extraction.
Corporate Real Estate Data Management - ensuring high site data quality and efficient stakeholder management.
Your Tasks and responsibilities:
- Reviewing incoming contract requests for accuracy and compliance with IFRS16 standard (and other Bayer policy requirements)
- Administrating Bayer Real Estate Database - monitoring data quality, identifying correction requirements and performing adjustments
- Timely (priority) and accurate validation and processing of incoming standard/non-standard business requests, resolving issues raised by stakeholders
- Active participation in meetings with Asset Team/ Accountants/ Corporate Real Estate Community/ other stakeholders
- Reports preparation and analysis
- Contribution to process improvements, standardization, creation and maintenance
- Provide direction, education and training to key business clients and stakeholders
Who You Are:
- University degree or equivalent preferably in Law, Accounting, Tax, Business Administration, Economics
- Analytical skills – ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
- Experience in asset management or lease accounting will be beneficial
- Action-oriented way of working with an eye for detail
- Good verbal/written communication and relationship development skills
- Courage for independent and proactive communication and consultancy/alignment with stakeholders
- English C1, prefferable German on B2 level
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel intermediate, entry level of Power Automate, Power BI or relevant tools for analytics)
- Knowledge of SAP (REFX) would be beneficial
