We are looking for a Operational Asset Management Intern,
- Operational checking and approving of request in the IAM Tool (for eg. Acrobat, Think-Cell, Empower, Microsoft)
- In case of rejections, conversation with the product owner (IT) and the end user, i.e. communication via email, phone call, Teams chat
- Daily completion of the report (number of approvals and rejections)
- Filling out the additional documents in case of an agreement to do so temporarily
- If necessary - communication with ITC from different locations
- Supporting in Daily Business and reporting our License stock via LIMA tool (Flexera)
- Student of Business administration, computer science, Logistics or a related field from 1-2 year (or higher)
- Interested in topics related to License Management, Software Asset Management
- Ability to learn fast and analytical skills
- Ability to manage your time and prioritize your tasks
- Good command of English (in our team we communicate in English)
- Availability minimum 20h and maximum 40h weekly
