The Compliance Marketing Analyst is a junior-level role designed to support the operational execution and QA tracking of the Group’s financial promotion review and controls process. Sitting within Compliance but working closely with Marketing, this role ensures that all content is properly tagged, tracked, and audited across multiple jurisdictions.
The Analyst will assist in content register maintenance, perform live checks for published assets, and ensure the integrity and efficiency of marketing approval workflows. This is a critical control role, ensuring that compliance sign-offs are upheld in real-world execution.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, process-oriented, and comfortable managing multilingual materials in a fast-paced regulatory environment.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily workflow dashboards and approval logs (e.g., Jira tickets, Confluence pages).
- Tag and index materials by region, asset type, language, and regulatory status.
- Conduct post-live spot checks to verify implementation of approved content.
- Assist in preparing weekly/monthly MI reports on approval volumes and timelines.
- Support checklist updates and version control for marketing policies.
- Flag missing risk warnings, improper disclosures, or outdated content.
- Assist with translation QA where discrepancies or gaps are identified.
- Provide administrative support for audits and marketing remediation projects.
- Track removal dates for time-sensitive campaigns to ensure expiry control.
- Liaise with other business functions to validate asset deployment and consistency.
Requirements:
- 1 - 2 years in Compliance, Marketing Operations, Content QA, or an equivalent coordination role.
- Familiarity with marketing material structures (email, banners, web, social).
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or other workflow tools.
- Comfortable working in Excel / Google Sheets with high attention to detail.
- Basic awareness of financial promotions in regulated markets.
- Experience in the CFD/Spread Bet industry is nice to have.
- Fluent in English and either Arabic, Spanish or Mandarin is very nice to have.
