Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and track both incoming and outgoing cash flows
Monitor and address complaints from clients or counterparties
Match incoming payments from clients and Transfer Agents with expected amounts
Analyze and resolve items in the cash suspense account
Reconcile cash transactions with client accounts and underlying operations
Execute payments to clients and Transfer Agents in accordance with various cut-off times
Collaborate within the Cash Management team to ensure effective monitoring of payments, trade matching, and reconciliation processes for both mutual and hedge funds
Coordinate closely with internal MFEX teams and external Transfer Agents to ensure smooth operational workflows
Cash Management/ Reconciliation Agent in MFEX Operational Support Team

What You Bring to the Role:
- Experience in a similar position, ideally within financial services or a related field
- Adaptability and the ability to navigate diverse situations with ease
- Dependable, flexible, and proactive approach to work
- Positive mindset and a collaborative team spirit
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Well-developed organizational and time management abilities
- Skilled at prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Fluent in written and spoken English; additional language skills are an asset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- A university degree in Financial Services or a related discipline is preferred
