Join our dynamic team at the Marsh European Support Centre (EBSC) in Warsaw, where we are dedicated to delivering high-quality support services to our brokers. With a multicultural environment and ambitious growth plans, we are looking for a Billing/Invoicing Team Coordinator to help us achieve our goals.
We will count on you to:
- Create and manage a team of billing/invoicing specialists, including recruiting, motivating, coaching, and developing team members.
- Collaborate closely with French-speaking stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
- Plan and develop new procedures within the team’s area of responsibility.
- Resolve internal client escalations promptly and effectively.
- Implement business-focused solutions within time and cost constraints, while preparing management reports and driving process improvements.
What you need to have:
- At least 1 year of experience in people management.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a shared service center environment.
- Knowledge of basic billing/invoicing processes and customer service.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and French (C1 minimum).
- Strong ability to plan resources and track team utilization.
What makes you stand out:

- Knowledge of an additional European language.
- Strong customer service experience.
- Familiarity with work allocation, ticketing, and resource time measurement tools.
