AR & OtC Accountant with French

Location:

Remote vacancies.

Responsibilities:

• Managing AR processes.
• Processing invoices and payments in a timely manner.
• Reconciling customer accounts and resolving discrepancies.
• Supporting month-end closing activities.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Communicating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve financial queries.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounts Receivable or Order to Cash.
• Good knowledge of Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Good communication skills in English ( B2 level) and knowledge of additional language - French (B2+).
Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
