We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh European Business Support Centre (EBSC). This role will be based in our Warsaw office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As a Team Coordinator/Team Leader, you will support the Manager in various people management tasks, contributing to the efficiency and quality of our operations.

We will count on you to:
- Manage a team of administration specialists: recruiting, motivating, coaching, and developing team members by setting clear goals, managing and prioritizing workload, and monitoring performance.
- Plan and develop new procedures within the area of team responsibility.
- Resolve internal client escalations in a timely manner.
- Implement business-focused solutions within time and/or cost constraints.
- Prepare management reports and drive process improvements.
- Coordinate various projects and team initiatives.
What you need to have:
- Previous professional experience in an international environment (preferably in insurance operations or SSC) and a minimum of 1 year of experience in managing diverse teams.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Good command French would be an asset.
- Ability to plan resources and track team utilization.
