Job Description
Overview
Seeking a skilled Workday HCM Specialist to join our team and drive the optimization of our Human Capital Management (HCM) system. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience with Workday HCM modules, including Core HR, Compensation and/or Payroll. This role involves configuring, maintaining, and enhancing Workday functionalities to improve HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and support Workday HCM modules, ensuring smooth operations and user adoption.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to optimize system workflows and troubleshoot issues.
- Conduct system upgrades, enhancements, and testing for new Workday releases.
- Maintain documentation of system configurations and business processes.
- Train end-users on Workday best practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience working with Workday HCM modules.
- Strong understanding of HR processes & compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Workday certification (preferred but not mandatory).
