What You’ll Do
As a Workday Senior HRIS Specialist, you’ll act as the go-to expert for all things Workday — from configuration and integrations to reporting and troubleshooting. You’ll work closely with HR and IT to deliver scalable solutions across the business.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to
- Configure and optimize Workday modules (HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, etc.)
- Create and improve custom reports and calculated fields
- Manage security roles and user permissions
- Partner with HR and IT on system upgrades and rollouts
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
What You Bring
- 3–5 years' experience with Workday (configuration, reporting, integrations)
- Strong skills in reporting and calculated fields
- A collaborative mindset and clear communication style
- Comfortable training HR users and translating tech into everyday language
- Bonus: Experience managing Workday security and permissions
- Bonus: Intermediate Excel skills
