Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics.
- At least 2 years of experience in treasury, accounting, or economics within manufacturing, trading.
- Experience in bank statements posting and application of payments to invoices (suppliers and customers)
- Proficiency in English at B2 (both spoken and written) to support daily communication in an international environment.
- Experience of internet banking systems and financial software Comarch (SAP, 1C - will be advantageous), with the ability to adapt quickly to new platforms.
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to handle large financial datasets, forecast liquidity, and develop recommendations to optimize cash flow.
- Proven critical thinking, problem-solving, and proactivity in identifying areas for process enhancement and implementing practical solutions.
- High level of self-organization, time management, and multitasking, coupled with the ability to swiftly adapt to rapidly changing operational processes.
Responsibilities:
- FInput/import of payments to the online banking systems, including FX transactions, through banking systems for Ajax Group and affiliated entities.
- Verification of payment requests against the approved budget, ensuring compliance with the established policies.
- Processing and recording payments, bank statements, and corporate card payments in Comarch ERP Optima, 1C systems/SAP.
- Monitoring adherence to budgeted amounts versus actual payments, and performing financial controlling tasks.
- Supporting KYC (Know Your Customer) processes, financial monitoring, account openings, issuance of corporate cards, and related tasks.
- Assisting the Group Head of Treasury and Chief Accountant in communications with banks, responding to bank requests, and providing necessary comments.
- Preparing financial and operational reports related to treasury, including month-end close processes.
- Initiation of payment requests related to cash management.
- Maintaining and archiving bank statements and other related documents in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborating in a matrix organization, reporting to multiple supervisors, and coordinating closely with different teams.
- Supporting other tasks as assigned by the manager.
