Transportation Management SpecialistJob Description
As a Transportation Management Specialist you have the opportunity to execute all Factory Order Management processes to ensure Philips meets Customer requirements.
You are responsible for:
- Ensuring close of in a timely manner of Export and Transit declarations documents to avoid penalties
- Creating, assembling, auditing and presenting applicable export documents and forms, required per country specific destination in accordance with export laws and regulations
- Communication with appropriate internal/external customers, including loading facilities, freight forwarders, brokers, and customers
- Tracking & Tracing shipment – monitoring milestones until departure from the port of origin Monitoring missing Pickup and Departure and replanning until shipment completion.
- Processing transport Bid booking in case of missing allocation or missing capacity
You're the right fit if:
- You have at least bachelor’s degree preferably in supply chain
- You have previous relevant experience in international transport/ export documents creation
- You have evidence of excellent communication skills and ability to develop and maintain relationships at all levels, both internally and within the service providers
- You have good working knowledge of MS office applications, SAP and TMS Infodis
- You have fluent level of English

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
