Ensures consistency and continuous improvement of repair quality levels through continual review, feedback and repair technician training, coaching and development. Acts as the interface between global repair functions and the local repair operation to implement, maintain and enhance repair and test procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Identifies repair quality issues and develops resolution recommendations.
- Provides actionable data to stakeholder groups, such as training or process improvement.
- Performs random / regular quality assessments on repair quality.
- Provides feedback internally, to DN repair technicians and operations stakeholders on policy adherence, deviations and issues.
- Participates in repair trainings globally (held in English language).
- Prepares repair training / documentation materials for the repair technicians in Poland.
- Provides training to repair technicians in Poland.
- Implements test routines and processes based on global guidelines.
- Monitors test equipment and ensures that they are in good working order.
- Communicates with global repair functions to implement changes or resolve technical problems.
- Builds working relationships with functional stakeholders internally and externally.
Qualifications:
- Technical education (Mechanical/Electrician/Mechatronics Engineer)
- Experience as a Process and Quality engineer in the manufacturing industry
- Experience in conducting trainings
- Knowledge of regulations and standards regarding quality management and process improvement
- Ability to analyze data, identify problems and implement effective solutions
- Communication and ability to work in a team
- Good knowledge of Polish and English (at least level B2).
