Daikin Europe Business Support (DEBS) is a branch of DENV located in Warsaw. As a competency center we aim at being one of the driving forces behind the processes transformation: optimization, standardization and automation in the areas of supply, service, master data, controlling, financial reporting and HR.

Your responsibilities
As a Senior Sales Planner you will be responsible for several processes and you will closely cooperate with multiple stakeholders. You will:
- Prepare management and headquarters reports (estimated results, forecasts, preliminary results), monitor daily and monthly deviations, support with compliance reporting (JSOX), ensuring data quality and adherence to deadlines.
- Analyse sales and gross margin data for senior and local sales teams to identify trends, suggest improvements, provide qualitative feedback, and drive campaign strategies.
- Plan, prepare and drive the execution of the yearly budget, collaborate with Product Managers on pricing setup, and participate in the setup of yearly sales strategies.
- Act as a key user of SAP, Webshop, and CRM systems by providing ongoing departmental support, handling inquiries, and driving process standardization initiatives.
- Collaborate with Sales Managers to define the strategic direction for sales plans and actions. Monitor their performance to adapt and optimise the outcome.
- Track and analyse KPIs (new customers, visits, discounts, profitability, quotations, pick up rate) critical for the success of the company strategy.
- Gather and analyse market and competitor data to inform strategic decision-making.
Our requirements
Experience, education and technical skills
- Master degree in Economics, Business or similar.
- Minimum 7 years of experience as a controller or in analytical positions (big 4), with high exposure to Top Management roles.
- Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a complex, fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
- Demonstrated flexibility to manage ad hoc requests and strict deadlines.
- Expert knowledge of MS Office, especially in the usage of MS Excel, able to create and maintain reports using complex formulas.
- Affinity with Finance and Accounting principles is considered an advantage.
- Proficient knowledge of English.
- Flexibility to travel 1/month.

- Good communication skills, not afraid to ask questions and raise issues.
- Accurate level of work, with ability to dig into the details, without losing the helicopter view.
- Team player but with ability to work in autonomy, and able to organise own tasks to respect strict deadlines.

- Strong analytical skills are essential.
